This is a state-of-the-art facility accommodating community health clinics and centralized administration space for the Interior Health Authority. GGA-Architecture provided prime consulting services for both the base building and interior improvements. This five-storey 140,000 sq. ft. building is located in downtown Kelowna and contributes to the re-vitalization of the inner city. The interior program called for 60,000 sq. ft. of clinical space.
