Centrium Place

Centrium Place is a striking 15-storey landmark located at one of Calgary's busiest intersections and designed to make a bold urban design statement. Its unique architectural elements include a large corner plaza and a dramatic corner entrance flanked by a restaurant and outdoor patio. The building's design features notched corners and a light sculpture extending from the plaza and reaching the building's 17-storey height. The South and West facades are cantilevered outward, gradually sloping two metres from bottom to top to create a dynamic, sculptural form. Girder elements support these façades and feature a colourful, Mondrian-inspired design. The tower's distinctive design allows for increased office density while offering a visually captivating addition to Calgary's skyline.
