This transfer facility for Canada Cartage Distribution Centre is a tenant specific office/warehouse development that includes a two-storey office with regional office, cartage distribution cross-dock warehouse and separate vehicle maintenance facility. The building and site are designed around large volume cartage transfer with minimal in-house storage. Tenant programming necessitated large trailer and tractor parking requirements on site.
