MIXED-USE
Block 23 and Central Park are the University District’s signature destination and heart for the community. Two distinctive mixed-use buildings totaling 175,000 sq. ft. of retail, office and entertainment space define the north edge of the three-acre park—creating a central plaza and meeting place for a wide range of public activity. The image for the park and buildings was inspired by the geography of the Foothills region.
