Agriculture Place

Completed in 2015, Agriculture Place is an 11-storey, class-A office tower housing Farm Credit Canada's head office and Stantec's regional office. The building offers over 160,000 square feet of modern office space, along with unique amenities such as a 2,000-square-foot fitness centre, a tenant-specific lecture theatre, a rooftop patio and three levels of underground parking. The property also includes the "Shoppes on Hamilton," a retail space of nearly 10,000 square feet on the main floor.

Agriculture Place has achieved a LEED Gold designation for its sustainability efforts. It features an integrated deluge sprinkler system that allows for larger windows, maximizing natural light and views in over 90% of the occupied spaces. It is strategically positioned near neighbouring buildings, contributing to downtown densification.

The building's design promotes environmental responsibility with water-conserving plumbing fixtures, multiple recycling options and materials that meet LEED criteria, including sustainably sourced wood and low-emittance selections. Additionally, over 80% of construction waste was diverted from landfills.
