4th Street Lofts

Rising 29 storeys and encompassing 258 residential units, 4th Street Lofts features a three-storey mixed-use podium with retail spaces on the ground floor and rental units above. The design thoughtfully integrates the site's heritage building and graffiti murals, preserving its character while fostering a sense of community. Residents enjoy an array of amenities, including expansive west-facing views, a rooftop dog run, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spin studio, a dedicated bike room, a lounge, a coffee shop, and an inviting outdoor terrace.

The design process followed an inside-out approach, prioritizing affordability and creativity in each unit. This phase's key outcomes were cost-effective stair configurations and optimized space utilization. Special attention was given to seamlessly integrating existing structures and heritage elements, including the iconic Red’s Diner, ensuring the project complements its surroundings.
