The Front Street Medical project is located within the Community of Seton and facing Front Street directly across from the South Calgary Health Campus’s hospital building. The development is comprised of a 3 storey “medical office” use building totaling +/-9225sm of gross floor area divided into two wings by a pedestrian breezeway connection. The development includes a two level underground parkade as well as a 2nd level raised parking platform located behind the building. The Seton vision, “A new urban centre for South Calgary”, is to offer an authentic urban lifestyle in south Calgary and aspires to become a true urban district outside of downtown. We believe this proposal supports the Seton vision by way of its employment intensive use, design and overall integration.
